Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement

  1. Respecting your rights and complying with data protection laws, we are committed to maintaining the security and confidentiality of the personal data we collect. All our employees have been properly trained in personal data processing.

  3. Due to hosting services, the data processor is OVH Sp. z o.o., District Court for Wrocław-Fabryczna in Wrocław, 6th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, KRS No.: 0000220286, REGON: 933029040, Tax ID: 899-25-20-556, ul. Powstańców Śląskich 9, Wrocław 53-332. OVH Sp. z o.o. is a subsidiary of OVH Groupe SA, registered in the Trade and Companies Register in Lille under number 537 407 926, with its registered office at 2, rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix.
  4. This policy covers the processing of personal data by Connect4Kids as a controller, meaning those processes for which Connect4Kids determines the means and purposes. The terms of processing carried out by Connect4Kids as a data processor, particularly on behalf of its Clients (registered users of The Kidly system), are set out in the Annex “Data Processing Agreement”.
  5. Terms defined in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”), such as “Personal Data”, “Controller”, “Processor”, etc., have the same meaning when used in this Policy.
  6. As part of fulfilling contracts with clients (institutions, service providers, suppliers, and partners), Connect4Kids processes their personal data, the processing of which is necessary for managing the contracts entered into in this way. This mainly includes identification data (first name, last name, email address, and phone number), as well as communication and interactions (emails and other electronic messages, activity reports, reports).
  7. For individual clients, identification data (first name, last name, mailing address, email address, phone number, proof of identity, proof of address, communication between the client and Connect4Kids (exchanges such as emails and technical support requests regarding the conclusion and performance of the contract, history of inquiries and responses). Service usage data (order history and usage or attempts to use services). Payment method (payment method used, such as credit card number or bank account number and the holder of the payment method).
  8. The above data is processed to manage business operations (information and support, commercial offers, order management, complaint management, invoicing), payment management, and customer account management.
  9. Each user of our system has the option to choose whether and to what extent they want to use our services and share information about themselves. If for any reason a user does not wish to keep their personal data, they have the right to have it deleted or not use our service.
  10. We do not share any data with third parties.
  11. We guarantee the confidentiality of the aforementioned data. data, unless the obligation to disclose it arises from legal provisions, as well as the right to access and correct it, in accordance with the Act of May 10, 2018 on the protection of personal data and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016. (GDPR) on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), which replaces the previous Directive 95/46/EC from 1995. In accordance with the provisions cited above, we ensure the right to correct, supplement, update, rectify, and request the deletion of your personal data. To do this, use the appropriate tabs on the website, send an email to akademia@kidsandsport.pl, or send a registered letter to our company address indicated in point 2.
  12. If you leave a comment on our site, you can choose to save your name, email address, and website address in cookies, so that this information will be conveniently filled in when you write subsequent comments. These cookies expire after one year.
  13. If you have an account and log in to this site, we will create a temporary cookie to check whether your browser accepts cookies. This cookie does not contain any personal data and will be discarded when you close your browser.
  14. When you log in, we also create several cookies needed to save your login information and selected screen options. Login cookies expire after two days, and screen options after one year. If you select “Remember me”, the login will expire after two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be deleted.
  15. If you edit or publish information, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie does not contain any personal data, simply indicating the ID of the post you just edited. It expires after one day.
  16. To analyze traffic on our site, we use an external tool in the form of Google Analytics.
  17. If you leave a comment, its content and metadata will be stored indefinitely. This allows us to recognize and approve subsequent comments automatically, without sending them to moderation each time.
  18. For users who have registered on our website, we also store personal information entered in the profile. Each user can view, correct, or delete their personal information at any time (except for the username, which cannot be changed). Site administrators can also view and modify this information.
